Albert Datz and Lawrence Datz combined more than 80 years of legal experiece to form Datz & Datz P.A., in 2003. They continue to practice before trial and appellate courts primarily in family law cases involving divorce, post-divorce, paternity matters, but also representing clients in matters of business disputes, criminal defense, and personal injury.
They also represent clients in appeals. Their appellate practices have resulted in reported cases from intermediate state and federal appellate courts, the Supreme Court of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.
